The journey to Aus begins

22 hours in the air awaits with breaks at Dubai and Brisbane. Fingers crossed the boat box and bag get there. Departure at 9pm tonight in the capable hands of Emirates on an A380. Arrival at 9.40am on Friday in Gladstone.


On the way back, I take off at 1.30 in the morning from Brisbane and arrive in UK at 4ish the same day. Time is a hard concept to

understand.


I wonder what lies ahead for me down under. Fingers crossed
