Thought for the day - Never get cold

Last week sailing I failed to practice what I preached. I wore a very warm coat but forgot to put the warm trousers on. It was a bitterly cold day with an onshore wind. By lunch time I was freezing and was so cold found it hard to concentrate on the racing. In the afternoon I was going through the motions, focussed more on shivering and did not care about the results.

Please don't make the same mistake and follow the advise on Racing an IOM/ On the day. Prepare yourself for the day.
