Ranking event at Coalhouse Fort this weekend

Time to put into practice what I learned at the Nationals. The question is, will I lose sight of my boat again on the start line? Will I get off the line with speed? I have a plan.

Next Wednesday is the Frensham Pond IOM open. Fingers crossed for a decent breeze.

Sailed at Gosport last Tuesday and won reasonably easily with a reasonable number of boats on the start line. Good speed and read the wind shifts well although there was a bit of weed which made for some interesting pit stops.
